Fun Book August 28, 2007

Sometimes I slack on posting the books I’ve read, so I’m going to catch up here. I just finished 24 Girls in 7 Days by Alex Bradley. It’s a cheekly little book about a boy, Jack Grammar, who’s dateless to his own prom– but what’s worse, he stinks at even talking to girls– so therein lies the problem. His friends’ ingenious plan to solicit dates leads to the entire plot of the story, but it reminds me too much of movies like She’s All That or others that I haven’t seen but know they’re out there. Nonetheless, it was funny and full of a teenage boy’s humor– so well worth getting into the mind of a hopeless romantic like Jack Grammar.
